Danielle oversees all shelter operations, fund development and budgeting for the shelter, boarding and grooming and veterinary clinic. She resides in Petoskey and has four rescue cats of her own, Tommy Pickles, Unicorn, Dragon and Pegasus. She is also dog mom to foster "fail" pup, Buster.  

Dr ADr. Deborah Andreen, DVM 
Dr. Andreen has over 20 years’ experience in veterinary medicine with a focus in diagnostic and surgical procedures.  She resides in Harbor Springs with her husband, three children, cats Guinness, Clementine and Cookie, and dog, Briar.

Josh Atkins, Animal Care Attendant

Josh is responsible for the daily care of shelter animals, training and walking dogs, helping with adoptions and greeting visitors. When he's not caring for the animals at LTBHS, Josh helps to foster shelter residents that need some additional TLC before adoption.

Naomi is responsible for grooming LTBHS animals and also provides professional grooming to the public. Naomi has several animals at home including dogs Moose, Eddie, Doodle Bug, and Candy, and cat, Pancake. 
Jadi Byard, Animal Care Attendant 
Jadi
Jadi is responsible for the daily care of shelter animals, training and walking dogs, helping with adoptions and greeting visitors. Jadi spends time with her own pets with she's not at the shelter, three dogs, Cheli, Naga and Appa.

Claire is responsible for managing all of the organization's accounts and finances in addition to managing human resources and maintaining employee relations. Claire has two dogs of her own, Osa and Gallatin, and cat, Bonneville.

Responsible for building the membership base, cultivating relationships with donors and businesses, amplifying public relations, coordinating and facilitating all events and building the volunteer program.  Teresa has been with the organization for more than eight years. She dotes on her own dog, Buddy, when not at the shelter.

Sean is responsible for the daily care of shelter animals, training and walking dogs, helping with adoptions and greeting visitors. Sean has two dogs of his own, Wrigley, a nine-year-old Golden Retriever, and Shelby, a nine-year-old Boxer/Pit mix. 
Kassidy Dicus, Veterinary Technician

Kassidy is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the clinic including surgery, x-ray, laboratory and ultrasound procedures in addition to general patient care.  Kassidy has two pets of her own, a cat, Ellie, and dog, Ruger. 

Dr. Kelly Dumas, DVM 
Dr dumas new
Dr. Dumas resides in Petoskey with her husband, Gary, and children, Heidi and Jack.  She has three furry friends of her own, dog, Seaweed, and two cats, Luna and Ted (both LTBHS rescues).  She enjoys dermatology, animal behavior and preventative medicine.   

Renee Duval, Boarding and Grooming Client Services Administrator

Renee is responsible for maintaining excellant customer care for all of the boarding, grooming, and daycare clients. She manages appointments, client check-in/check-out, and day-to-day operations. Renee has two dogs of her own, Star, and Luna.

Responsible for grant writing and shelter communications including press releases, feature stories, LTBHS newsletter, social media and website. Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and increasing awareness of LTBHS by facilitating positive public relations and creating printed materials. When not at LTBHS, Jessica enjoys spending time with her own pets, dog, Layla, and cats Binx and Bonnie.

Sonya is likely the first face to greet LTBHS visitors at the front desk and always does so with a friendly smile. She is responsible for helping care for shelter animals, assiting with  adoptions and maintaining excellent customer care.  Sonya stays busy at home keeping up with her three dogs, Norman, Porter and Teagan (formerly Sugar, adopted from LTBHS).

Ben is responsible for the daily care of boarding and grooming animals, in addition to greeting visitors/clients and keeping the facility clean. Ben enjoys spending time with his own pets including dogs, Osa and The Dude, along with cats, Mr. Big Floof, Bubbie Doo, Skidrat, and Nightrider. He also enjoys time outdoors snowboarding, ATVing, mountain biking, kayaking, and rock hunting.

Responsible for the daily care of shelter animals, supervising kennel staff, training, and walking dogs. Elizabeth has been with LTBHS for more than 10 years. When not at LTBHS, Elizabeth spends time with her dog, Bobby.   

Patty Howard, Professional GroomerPatty 2017
Grooms LTBHS animals for cleanliness and to restore their coats to a healthy state. Provides professional grooming to the public. Patty has been with LTBHS for more than 14 years and is the former shelter kennel manager. She has three rescued dogs from LTBHS and enjoys taking care of and riding her two horses.

Lisa oversees all aspects of Little Traverse Bay Veterinary Clinic in addition to LTB Boarding and Grooming to ensure that these two sectors of the organization are working to support the mission of the shelter. When not at the clinic, Lisa enjoys cuddling with her own dogs, Mama Mia and Tank.
Amy Hughes, Veterinary Technician and Front Desk AdministratorAmy Hughes
Amy assists with all aspects of the clinic including surgery, x-ray, laboratory and ultrasound procedures in addition to general patient care.  She also helps out at the front desk by greeting and checking in/out clients, in addition to managing appointments and various other duties. She has an adorably-named cat of her own, Lilo Purrito.

Beverly helps to maintain the shelter's accounts and finances, in addition to providing IT support for the entire organization.  She has been with the organization for over 10 years.  When not at the clinic, Beverly enjoys spending time training her own dogs, Captain and Taz.

Jen is responsible for the everyday business activities of the practice. She is also responsible for managing the clinic’s front office which includes greeting and checking in/out clients, in addition to managing appointments and various other duties. Jen has over 25 years of experience as a veterinary technician and enjoys spending time with her cat, Punkin, and dog, Finni, when she’s not at the clinic.

Susan is responsible for facilitating the organization's Transport Program, establishing and maintaining positive relationships between LTBHS and other rescue groups/shelters, and coordinating the Foster Program, as well. 
She has two animals of her own, a dog named Sahara Jane and a horse, Turbo.

Noelle serves as a groomer for the organization and also provides grooming services to the public. Noelle has a French Bulldog at home named Vincent.

Chelsea is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the clinic including surgery, x-ray, laboratory and ultrasound procedures in addition to general patient care. Chelsea has one dog of her own, Rio, and also has many farm animals that she cares for at home.

Kristen is responsible for the daily care of shelter animals, training and walking dogs, helping with adoptions and greeting visitors. When not at the shelter, Kristen enjoys photography and baking, and has two cats of her own, Taco and Belle.

When she's not helping animals at the shelter, she spends time with her own dogs, Barley, a Great Dane, and Franklin, an American Bulldog/Pitbull mix.

Katy is responsible for the daily care of boarding and grooming animals, in addition to greeting visitors/clients and keeping the facility clean. When Katy isn't here, she spends time with her own pets, Blue, a husky/lab mix, Frankie, a pit bull/lab mix and cat, Jax.

Allison is responsible for assisting in laboratory procedures, radiographs, surgery, dental cleanings/exams and general patient care.  Allison enjoys spending time with her own dog at home, Fuzz. 

Dr. Katie Zubricky, DVMKatie Zubricky
Dr. Zubricky has special interests in soft tissue surgery, oral health treatments, internal medicine and client education.  Dr. Zubricky is a graduate of Colorado State University and lives in Harbor Springs with her fiancé, Mike, their two dogs and cat.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her pets, reading and crafting.
